TOPICWhat Progressives Can Learn from the Disability Movement

In addition, the Greens' critique of current economic and social structures has often lacked a disability perspective. In what promises to be a lively talk, two long-time disability activists will discuss how the disability rights movement is part of the social justice movement; how disabled perspectives can inform understandings of ecology; and the importance of a radical critique of the medical-industrial complex.
