Presentation: Democratic Struggles in the Muslim World and the rise of Neocolonialism
Featured Speakers: Agha Saeed Phd UC Berkeley and CSU East Bay



People of all political stripes are encouraged to attend. These events will be about green values in general.

TOPIC

Democratic Struggles in the Muslim World and the rise of Neocolonialism

Focusing on the heroic struggle of Pakistani lawyers, the discussion will deal with the Third World, how the West continues to contravene its own ideals and principles,seeks to co-opt these democratic struggles via track-two and track-three diplomacy, and, most painfully, uses the these struggles to squeeze even more concessions from the dictatorial regimes.

 

Evening Schedule

7:30pm to 8:45pm Brief speeches from the speakers followed by  forum  questions and discussion with panelists and the audience.

8:45pm to 10:30pm  Relaxed discussion (nobody on stage)  drink, eat, chat

10.30pm Finish
