Chris Kavanaugh has been a valued volunteer for the Green Party over the years. An explanation of his residency status to Berkeley voters is overdue. If he is not a legal resident of Berkeley, we call on him to step down immediately and urge the Berkeley Rent Stabilization Board to name a replacement.
